Today I went to support my works float. Cascade Valley Hospital. My job was to hold the banner, man, that thing was heavy! It was fun. The walk wasnt that bad either. My friend Remi and I did it together. Here are some pictures. It was a blast. Karen walked to my float, and it was pretty cool seeing her there, so I walked back and said hello to Kyle!
As of today, the strawberrie's are ready to be picked. My goal is to pick 25 pounds or more.. I need to make sure I have enough for summer, fall, winter and spring. My Mom wants a fair amount as well. This should be intersting... Im taking water, my ipod, and baskets. It should also be a great workout. LOL! The farm is about 10 minutes from my house. I cant wait...
I have been sick sence April. I have had bronchitis, ear infections, nasal infections, pretty much EVERYTHING has to do with your sinus's. Mind, you its all on my right side.... I went to the walk in clinic on sunday. They were open at 9am, so I made sure I was the first person in line.. I had some x-ray's done of my lungs.. CLEAR. GREAT! My right ear infection from thursday was getting worse. My right nasal lining was inflammed. AWSOME! I also was dealing with my asthma in full swing. Not fun. Okay, so the doctor gives me a treatment, and some prednisone to shrink my bronch tubes, and some azithromycin for my infection. All along I have been telling her that my snot is green, my phlem is green, but they coulnt figure it out. ... Amazing!
While I was waiting to pick up my meds I saw this thing called neilmed sunus rinse thing, I put it back and wanted to read up on it before I bought it. So, I left and went to church.
My friend told me ya know what might work? He said Oh, I use this sinus rinse thing, and it feels weird but it works. He took me to Fred Meyers and bought it for me. I get home and use it and all kinds of green junk is coming out. Today I put down a paper towel in the sink and watched and its gross, but I like gross things, and LET ME TELL YOU, I saw it pouring out of my nose. I must of had a cup full on the paper towel.
What you do is fill the water bottle up, pour in the sinus rinse mix, squeeze, and yes, it come outta your nose, and mouth, which you must spit out, cause the taste isnt really that good. Oh, you must lean over a sink, it makes a little mess. I love this thing. Everyone should use this!! You can use it daily, even if your not sick. I breathe some really nasty things at work...

Oh my weakness. I have a few. The worst one... Strawberry Frap from starbucks. Im fasting EVERYTHING from Starbucks.

Today I went to wal*mart. I always go and pick up what I need, today was the friday of memorial day weekend, what was I thinking? Anyways, I got my things and stood in line. The lady infront of me was about to have her baby any minute now, and she picked out a cute outfit.
She choose loose pants, a teeshirt, earing and purse to match. She really went all out. Then comes the white sweatshirt. The item that does not have a tag. The line is 5 people back. The lady behind me is getting mad- She's gotta get back to the farm. I'm just reading people magizine, keeping to myself, but really watching what this grumpy lady Tina was going to do. She told the customer that she coulnt give her the sweatshirt for 9 dollars, after the customer told her? WTHeck? Isnt the customer right anymore? So, she pages some lady overhead, and way to loud-- to come up, 10 minutes later still no price. I tell the rude cashier, hey I think Sam Walton can give up 9 bucks. She however, did not think it was funny.
The SAD part is the customer told the cashier to return everything she bought, AND SHE DID. I coulnt belive my eyes. THE CUSTOMER WAS SO UPSET. All over a 9 dollar sweatshirt!! So, the customer left. Then its my turn. I bought some food, and I kid you not, she was throwing it in my bags. I asked her to not throw my stuff, and she gave me the worst look ever. I should of just left, but I needed the TP. Okay, so I paid and left. I didnt even say thanks, or anything, as I was walking out-- the front end cashier manager was there, and I talked with her. I guess, she was going to handle it right then and there. OKAY FINE. PURE RUDENESS..
So, as I was walking out to my car, the lady infront of me was loading her things into her new, totally cute 2008 Honda... and I told her that I complained to the manager, she thanked me and asked, was it me, did I do something wrong? I told her no, it was the cashier Tina. She thanked me, and we said God Bless...

For my birthday this year, I wanted to go away. My Parents have a cabin on the coast. I just wanted to hang out with them. Its been forever, that it was just us 3... I was there for 5 days. My Mom had told me that she had a "project" for me. My idea for a project was helping my Dad with the wood work he had to do, or making some bead bracelts, ( sorry for spilling all the bead's on the floor)
My Mother is the Quilt Master. As I see her quilts, I have never really made one with her. Little did I know, she had a plan. The plan was for a VW NB wall hanging. After spending massive amounts of time in the quilt sweat house, it came out so cute!! I now can sing along to Willie Nelson's greatest hits, and the sound track to Evita.
Every moring I was the first one to get up. I was up at 6, threw on some clothes and took a long walk along the beach. I found some cool stuff. I took some cool pictures. I was so relaxed. It was unreal. Saturday night, we hit the big town in full force. I watched my Parents gamble as I was gaging from the second hand smoke, and looking at the big hair, It was a good thing I took my inhailer, I took 4 puff's as soon as I left. It was funny to watch my Mom and Dad gamble. They are funny people. I even let my Mom put some color into my hair. That in its self was funny, we were laughing so hard, we coulnt breathe.
I woke up on Monday, walked, recived funny tex messages, and funny phone calls. Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday. It was great!! For my birthday dinner, my parents took me to a local place, we had fish and chips, everyone there was local. Its nice to listen to the locals. They are all nice people. We watched movies, late into the night.
It was relaxing. The town is relaxing. I havent been to the cabin, sence my Grandma died. Im glad I picked Ma and Pa's Griswold's Place. It was the best. Thanks Ma and Pa.....
I joined a VW car club, about 7 years ago. We have all remained friends, no matter where life take us. Its amazing!

Then I heard the IMAGINE message, at Mitosis. What a change. Its not about when.... its about NOW. I imagine my self down there this year. I told this to Kyle Pearson, and he said, "You need your world rocked." I believe and imagine this is the ticket. I cant wait.
At the races, I told Pastor Jeff, and he signed my first dollar towards my IMAGINE! Thank you so much!
Yes, Yes, Yes, Im a world class traveler. I spent thursday-sunday out in Sultan, and helped out in Monroe, at my church www.therockchurch.info for the Mitosis conference. I learned so much, praised God, met some awsome new people, ate some super good food, yelled my heart out for #70,
Well, Im home now, and Im working tonight. I have half of my thoughts in my head, and the other are on paper. I will post what Im thinking later today, or in the am, after work,... Im sure everyone will post some excellent things about this weekend, on their blog's. I cant wait to read all of them. It should be really great.
Yeah, I signed up. I figured that I might step outta the old skool box, and try it. I dont know what I will say, but so far its cool to see the people I already know.
